We are 'fed-up' with Harlow traffic and would like to make a difference.
We say enough is enough, we the undersigned strongly urge the government to construct an extra junction (7A) on the M11.
We further believe that this is just part of infrastructure that is desperately needed before 1000's of houses are built on our countryside.
